Casagrand Miro Owners Welfare Association (CGMOWA) - is an Association registered under the Tamilnadu Apartment Ownership Act, 1975. Reg No : SRG/Chennai South/452/2021.

CGMOWA - is a vibrant body with a well-defined structure, comprising of Management committee, Executive committee, and various Operational Committee. The office bearers of MC and EC are elected 2 Years Once by the Owners/residents. Association manages its affair through an apartment management software called NoBroker Hood App. The Management committee (MC) having 7 office bearers (President, Vice-President, secretary, treasurer and 3 Joint Secretary). The MC is the central body responsible for taking all decisions related to running maintenance, infrastructure development and day to day administration of the association The Executive committee (EC) having 24 Representatives and they managing their respective blocks.
